My Must-Have Products

These are my go-to products for surviving mom life with a chronic illness

Hanes leggings. It's always been Hanes - seriously I live in these. They are comfy, and light, don't chafe and have enough stretch yet they're not see through. Good for daytime and comfy enough to wear in bed...I have one in grey and one in black. Warm yet not hot. Flattering yet comfy. Love these! I could go on...

Tumeric is a godsend. Total game changer and life changer here and this is not an exaggeration. I don't know why more people talk about or know about the power of tumeric. This literally took my joint pain and aching muscles down from an 8 to a 3 on the pain scale. Check with your doctor before using - tumeric can thin your blood. But if you are given the go-ahead, I swear by tumeric. You'll need to take it every day for 3 weeks before you see any changes, but this is a life saver for me. Stick with it and watch for the results because I swear by this...

Ladies, if you have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep, lavender is your friend. This roll-on applicator is amazing - I just roll it onto my wrists or onto my pillow and I'm instantly relaxed. I also use it to calm down anxiety during the day - roll it on the wrists and one wiff will calm you down and put your mind at ease. Keep in mind this should not be used on children as lavender can mess with hormones for boys in particular. For women though, this is heaven on earth and a spa in a bottle. I highly recommend this when you need an indulgence.

This is one for gut health which is SO so important - preventative care all the way, ladies! Probiotics are usually so chalky and gross. Enter these probiotic gummies - I take one ever few days and I never (I mean NEVER) get UTI's or yeast infections anymore. That's saying a lot. Knocking on wood as I say it. Its worth it to make sure your taking these at least a few times a week - I've gotten my whole family on board with these.

I live for this tablet pillow stand. No more constant adjustments in bed or on the couch. When you're sore or in pain, you can't hold your position for very long before moving, adjusting, and moving again. That usually means your iPad goes flying, you start cussing, etc. This thing is so worth it - planning on getting a second one soon as mine keeps getting "borrowed". You need this in your life!

I hope some of these help you as much as they have me. Let me know in the comments if you have any recommendations on items that help get you through the day!

Wishing you health and love,

Jasmine Anne
